No coffee provided for the coffee machine!!! The empty fridge is a letdown, and the rooms feel outdated. Noise travels too easily from the hallways, making it hard to sleep peacefully!!!

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I remember how helpful the staff was during my first stay with my elderly parents. Highly recommend their laundry service! I’m coming back for a city trip.

The staff are friendly, always going out of their way to help! And the location? Perfect! Short walking distance to everything, including the best mall in Cancun.
